크론병수술의 적응증으로
1)소장에 발생할 경우
(1)structure and obstruction unresponsive to medical therapy
(2)massive hemorrhage
(3)refractory fistula
(4)abscess
2)대장이나 직장에 발생할 경우
(1)intractable disease
(2)fulminant disease
(3)perianal disease unresponsive to medical therapy
(4)refractory fistula
(5)colonic obstruction
(6)cancer prophylaxis
(7)colon dysplasia or cancer
